A friend of mine recently started getting more orders than he could handle on his own. Managing storage, packing, and deliveries at the same time became stressful, so we started looking into 3pl logistics solutions and how they might help growing businesses. It was interesting to see how outsourcing some tasks could give business owners more time to focus on their actual work. Has anyone here used a third party logistics provider before?
